OROR Parure currently ships to all regions within Lebanon. 

Order Processing, Packaging & Quality Assurance
Each OROR Parure piece undergoes careful inspection and is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition.

Orders are processed on business days only — Monday through Friday — excluding official public holidays in Lebanon. Purchases completed during weekends or holidays will enter processing on the next working day.

A dispatch confirmation notification will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Beirut: 2–3 business days
  • Outside Beirut: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier operations.

Shipping fees: Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Lebanon. Kindly ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery, as couriers may not always carry change.

Failed deliveries & Delays
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal of the order, the package may be returned to OROR Parure. Re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Commitment & Delivery Compliance

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) constitute a confirmed purchase commitment.

To ensure smooth processing, OROR Parure reserves the right to contact customers for order verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.

Refusal of an order at the time of delivery without valid justification, or repeated failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability, may result in:

  • Additional re-delivery fees
  • Temporary or permanent restriction from future Cash on Delivery purchases
  • Cancellation of subsequent orders

OROR Parure reserves the right to decline future orders from accounts, phone numbers, or addresses associated with repeated failed deliveries or unjustified refusals.
