At OROR Parure, every piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. In alignment with our commitment to excellence and hygiene integrity, all purchases are considered final.
Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted exclusively under the following circumstances:
- A verified manufacturing defect
- Damage incurred during transit
- Receipt of an incorrect item
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal preference, sizing selection, or subjective expectations once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Reporting a Concern: If your order qualifies under the above conditions, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue
- Images of the original packaging
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Review & Resolution: Each claim is assessed with care and discretion. If the issue is verified, OROR Parure will offer:
- A replacement piece (subject to availability), or
- A refund issued via the original payment method
Approved returns must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Important Notes: Items showing signs of wear, alteration, improper handling, or damage after delivery will not qualify for refund or replacement. Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen display settings are not considered defects.
OROR Parure reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
